Terms of Service

Welcome to Encore Singing Telegram. These Terms of Service outline the policies and expectations for booking and enjoying our performances. Our goal is to ensure every experience is smooth, professional, and memorable. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment and a completed booking form. Dates and times are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Performance Details

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including the recipient’s name, location, and any special instructions. Changes to performance details must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours prior to the event.

3. Timing and Arrival

Performers make every effort to arrive promptly at the agreed time. However, due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, a 15-minute grace period may be allowed. Clients will be notified immediately of any unexpected delay.

4. Performance Conduct

Encore Singing Telegram maintains the highest standards of professionalism. Performances are family-friendly unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in advance.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the venue or location is suitable for live performance and that all necessary permissions have been obtained from management or property owners.

6. Travel Fees

Performances outside the primary service area may be subject to additional travel fees. These fees will be disclosed prior to booking confirmation.

7. Payments

Full payment is required no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled performance to confirm and secure your booking. Once payment is received, your singing telegram or entertainment service is considered fully confirmed. Encore Singing Telegram accepts PayPal, Stripe. Late or incomplete payments may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of any deposit.

8. Deposits & Balances

For larger-scale or corporate entertainment bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your performance date. The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Performance dates are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

All deposits and payments confirm the artist’s availability, preparation, and travel arrangements. In the event of postponement or rescheduling, payments may be applied to a future date at the discretion of Encore Singing Telegram.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Because each performance is custom-prepared and time is reserved exclusively for your booking, all payments are non-refundable once confirmed.

If cancellation is requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled performance, Encore Singing Telegram may offer the option to reschedule the performance for a future date, subject to artist availability. Rescheduled bookings must take place within 90 days of the original date.

In the rare event that Encore Singing Telegram must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund or may choose to apply the payment toward a future booking.

10. Force Majeure

Encore Singing Telegram shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, or cancellation of performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, acts of God, illness, government restrictions, venue closures, power outages, or transportation disruptions.

In the event such circumstances prevent the performance from taking place, all reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the booking to a mutually agreed-upon future date. If rescheduling is not possible, clients may receive a credit toward a future performance.

11. Media & Privacy

Encore Singing Telegram respects the privacy of all clients and recipients. Performances are personal, celebratory experiences and are never recorded or shared publicly without prior written consent.

Clients are welcome to record or photograph their singing telegram for personal use. However, any commercial or promotional use of Encore Singing Telegram’s likeness, voice, or performance materials requires express written permission.

We reserve the right to use brief, approved excerpts, testimonials, or images for marketing purposes only when consent has been granted. Client contact information and booking details are always kept strictly confidential.

12. Liability Disclaimer

Encore Singing Telegram takes great care to ensure that all performances are conducted safely, professionally, and with the highest standards of decorum. However, the company and its performers shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from audience participation, venue conditions, or third-party interference beyond our control.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the performance venue is suitable, accessible, and approved by management for live entertainment. By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and accepts all responsibility for compliance with venue rules, noise restrictions, and public conduct.

Encore Singing Telegram’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the performance service in question.

13. Agreement & Acceptance

By submitting payment or confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service outlined above. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and professionalism in every aspect of the performance experience.
